We are building 2 single dwelling homes in Chippewas of Nawash Unceded First Nation!  

We thank you for your interest in volunteering with us and we appreciate your partnership. With your generous help, we are able to build affordable homes for deserving families in Grey and Bruce Counties.

Current Habitat for Humanity Grey Bruce Builds:  

Chippewas of Nawash Unceded First Nation - Farm Road, 2 single dwelling homes. 

Address for GPS purposes will be along Farm Road where you will be met by Habitat for Humanity Grey Bruce Staff:

74 Farm Road, Wiarton, ON N0H 2T0 (the Google maps address is 'Wiarton, ON' however, the community is located approximately 30 minutes North/East of Wiarton, ON in Neyaashiinigmiing #27 - parking on site)

No Experience Necessary

  • Volunteers must be at least 16 years old. Anyone who is 16 or 17 years old and working on the construction site must have a parent/guardian sign the Release and Waiver of Liability.  Click here to print this form. 
  • All volunteers must wear safety glasses, CSA Safety boots, and a Hard Helmet on the Build site.  Long pants are recommended
  • Habitat for Humanity Grey Bruce has several pairs of safety boots and hard helmets that can be borrowed for the day if needed.
  • If you are not feeling well, please stay home. 
  • Dress appropriately for the weather as build work could be outdoors.
